• To remain in sync with the architecture, and based on the findings of the site study.
• Design development – to evolve from both aesthetic and functional demands of the project.
• Soil and water conservation.

3. DETAILED DESIGN:

• Site set out plan
• Plan and section
• Hard Landscape and Soft Landscape
• Soil profile detailing
• Working Drawings  : Set out drawings.
  1. Important sections – Civil, Water bodies, Soil.
  2. Architectural design features.
  3. Landscape electrical drawing.
  4. Planting drawing.
  5. Elevation lighting drawing,
• Preparation of entire bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Material specification : type, brand, size, quality and quantities of material to be used.
